A Raspberry Pi with power supply and wifi, a program to monitor the time and send out a signal when you want it (e.g. on the hour, between 9 and 9 pm), a relay (beware, many advertised to work with Pis do not), an auto wiper motor with 12 V DC power supply, and your choice of noise-maker (we have used a ukulele, and a couple of diving cylinders). They were banned from the house.
